Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Production time
Each item is printed after you order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive 3 to 8 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and aren’t guaranteed, especially during holidays.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and address, and you’ll see the cost before you pay.
Tracking
You’ll get an email with tracking information when your order ships. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email gemnio@gemnio.store within 12 hours of ordering so we can fix it before production starts.
